COMMISSIONS CLOSED

Phew! The two slots are currently spoken for. I might open up more again soon though.

Got an image in your head you want drawn? Feel free to note me through DA or email me at wielderofthewind@msn.com with a description of the character(s) you would like depicted. Make sure when you tell me what you want that you include any reference pictures or in depth descriptions you might have, the medium you prefer (look below of a list of prices and mediums), and whether or not you would like a background.

My Pack

REFERENCING MY WORK
1. If you find a pose that you like in my gallery and want to try your hand at it. Fine. Great...but you must contact me FIRST and ask me if you can reference it. I may or may not give you my permission. but that's mine to give in the first place.
2. I won't allow anyone to copy an image that someone else has paid for. They paid for it, so it is unethical to give my permission for you to use it.
3. Try not to copy my stuff exactly once I have given you permission. Learn from it, that's supposedly what you were trying to do in the first place.
4. Once done with the piece, get in contact with me again so that I can see it. Also, give me FULL credit for the pose in the description and/or the image.
5. Never EVER draw my characters and claim them as yours.
6. Do not post a picture of mine on your website without my permission unless the picture is a commission that YOU paid for. Then the piece belongs to you and you can do as you please with it.

Commission Information

All prices are for one anthro or nonanthro character. Also, the only methods of payment I will accept are well concealed cash, money order, or, less favorably, Paypal. I will not start your commission until I have received payment, if this means that you would like to send it insured or certified so that I have to sign for it, that's fine, but that comes at your own personal cost. I will not insure your packages unless you pay me to...I don't control the mail and am not responsible for mangled or lost commissions. I send my commissions out to you in cardboard envelopes to help protect them and keep receipts from the post office as proof that I sent them.

Further Commission Information and Policies
-I will no longer do yiff. This doesn't mean that I won't do nudity, romantic intimacy, or more of the like. If you have a question on what I consider to be too much, send it to me. Just don't be offended if I do consider it a little too much for me to do.
-Shipping for commissions: $3.00 for orders within the USA, $4.00 for international orders.
-When you commission me, please understand that I work as hard as I possibly can on your pieces. That means it may take a long time to get them done. I apologize for this, but art isn't something that can usually be done in a strict time frame. Usually, if I think I have taken too long on a commission, I will do giftart for patient commissioners in return for their kindness and understanding. I have a life too, afterall, and a husband and three furry children to take care of.

Also, I have a FURBID account under the handle Luparaymundae. I occassionally have auctions, though some may be adult oriented, so be careful if you go looking for me.

have you by any chance been running in a white tank top? O.o
:iconshadowraine:
No, I have a brown one though...and I'm a bit fat *growls at herself*. I run/walk on Pope and have a collie/shepard mix with me every day.

Hah, I've been trying to lose weight too! X3

I've been going the low fat/low calorie way, with a bit of running on the treadmil, and I've been doing fairly well so far. My goal weight is about.. 130-135.. I currently weigh 158 xx; Bit too heavy, but I'm trying to do something about it.

As for running, the best way is to walk for about the first 15-20 minutes and then pick up the pace.. Because that amount of time in is about when you start to burn more calories. At least, that's what my sister told me.. she works at some medical clinic.

Anyways, good luck with your weight loss! ^__^

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

I, personally, wouldn't suggest running or jogging. It puts major strain on your ankles, knees, and hips. Bikeriding is a good alternative, but you might have to go for longer amounts of time, Strifey can run along side ya.

Just start out slow, Strife doesn't seem to be used to running. Good luck! =)

Getting a heart monitor would be a good idea. That way you can check to see how you're doing and you can set up something. Thats what my dad did when he wanted to loose wait and stay fit. He has also used some products called Isagenix and has lost a great deal of weight with that. If you're interested visit [link] They are products that clean out your system and for some reason also another great way to loose weight. o.O; Crazy how that works but its true and I've got my dad to prove it. lol

Anyways I gotta take off but I'll be back to give some more tips/advice on running.

Bikes + dogs = not a good idea.

Breathing? well breathe in through your nose and exhale through your mouth..it slows the pace to your breathing when you run so you aren't panting and getting painful cramps..

And one more...no soda ><! diet...sssoommeetimes...but soda is no good..even though it is delicious..

If you're on/near whichever AF base you call home, the military clothing store should have CDs of military running cadences. Listening while running can help you get down a good rhythm/pace. (Most instalations don't allow headphones outdoors though :( )If you breath in and out when you would assume the caller and the formation to be doing the same, that'll help control your breathing. Some other things: Instead of using your whole mouth to breathe, use a corner of your lips, like you're inhaling through a straw, it helps you take in air slower and in deeper breaths, which keeps you from hyperventilating and running out of breath. Or you can try the "in through the nose out through the mouth" that Cherokee14 suggested. Also, you can try thinking about other things, that'll take your mind off running, or set goals, like "making it to the next light pole" for all of the light poles along the route.... Yup... that's all I got...
